Excel Management Services Inc. manages 45 communities between Rehoboth Beach and Ocean City. Our office has four key departments; Property Management, Accounting, Operations, and Maintenance.
Our company has 14 full time employees: 3 accountants, 5 Property Managers, 1 Office Manager, 1 Field Manager, 4 Maintenance Workers. Our bookkeeping and financial reporting is second to none. Our customers are provided with clear, accurate and easy to read reports monthly that provide them with all the information they need to make sound financial decisions. We also provide our customers with other reports, such as Bid Analysis and Insurance Replacement Value.
Our approach to property management is simple: "Keep the property manager in the community." This approach enables us to closely monitor what is going on in the community. Our Property Managers are always in contact with Board members and Homeowners via email, phone and wireless laptop computer. Our Assistant Property Manager is in the office to answer homeowner questions and emails and provide support information to our Property Managers.
